Itinerary
Day 1. Arrive at Chiang Mai (60 Kms)

Arrive at the pre-booked hotel in Chiang Mai. You will be received by the Tour leader and introduced to other participants over lunch. Collect the bikes followed by a short ride to Doi Suthep. The view from Doi Suthep of Chiang Mai is beautiful. You are free to explore the buzzing markets and street food of the city in the night.

Day 2. Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanaon - Mae Chaem (180 Kms)  

After an early breakfast, you will leave the city and start riding southwest towards Doi Inthanon National park. This national park is famous for its beautiful waterfalls and notably the Highest point in Thailand. Post lunch, we will visit couple of more sightseeing spots and then head to Mae Chaem.

Day 3. Mae Chaem - Mae Hong Son (180 Kms)

After breakfast, the first stop for today will be at wild sunflower valley. After a quick photosession, we ride towards Mae Hong Son in the highway along Mekong river which separates Thailand and Myanmar. Then we visit a hidden man-made waterfalls for a quick dip. By now, we are already in the foothills and the road starts getting interesting with curves after curves and the scenery keeps changing every 50 odd kilometers.

Day 4. Mae Hong Son - Pai (180 Kms)

Get ready for a day filled with lots of activities. The first activity today will be a visit to border village along the Thailand-Myanmar border by foot if permitted. Get a taste of the different tea flavors of Mae Hong Son. Post lunch we ride to Lod Caves and take a boat tour to see the beautiful cave system.  

Overnight stay at Hotel in Pai, the hippy town filled with backpackers and travelers.

 

Day 5. Pai - Local Sightseeing (50 Kms)

Wake up relaxed and start the day with a fancy breakfast at one of the local Pai restaurants. There are a lot of activities to do in Pai such as climbing the white Buddha temple, Bamboo bridge, Pam Bok waterfalls, World war II bridge etc. In the evening, we head to the Pai Canyons to watch the sunset. Explore the walking street in the night.

Day 6. Pai - Chiang Rai (300 Kms)

This day will be one of the longest rides of the tour covering close to 300 Kms. We either visit the Chiang Dao cave temple or climb a limestone waterfalls depending on the weather. Then we head to the famous white temple of Chiang Rai and watch the sunset.

Day 7. Chiang Rai - Golden Triangle - Doi Pha Tang (220 Kms)

After an early breakfast, we first visit the beautiful Blue temple. From there, we proceed to the Karen Long neck village and meet the various tribes of those regions. Then we head to Golden Triangle which is the border of 3 countries, Thailand, Laos & Myanmar. Keep the passports handy, as we are going cross the Mekong river and enter a different country, Laos.

Day 8. Doi Pha Tang - Phu Chi Fa - Chiang Mai (300 Kms)

Wake up very early and we hike a nearby hilltop along the Thailand-Laos border to watch the Sunrise over the clouds. Then we continue to ride down some very scenic mountain roads to join the highway. From here, its a fast-paced ride back to Chiang Mai with just one stop at the Hot Springs. Return the bikes.

Day 9. Chiang Mai - Fly back

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and a taxi will drop you at the Chiang Mai International airport.

  • All services not mentioned as included and all items of a personal nature such as snacks, alcohol, table drinks, laundry, tips to drivers or local guides or to any hotel staff.

  • Travel insurance (cover against cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness). We highly recommend you arrange an appropriate insurance in your home country

Booking Policy:
Booking advance is INR 25,000/-
50% of payment must be done 60 days before the tour start date.
The balance amount has to be paid 30 days before the tour start date.

 

Cancellation policy:
For any cancellation before 60 days, full amount will be refunded.
30-45 days, 50% will be deducted.
15-30 days - 75% will be deducted.
Less than 15 days - No refund.

Note:

  1. A refundable security deposit of USD 250 is payable for each motorcycle for any minor damages during the tour. 

  2. Most of the restaurants in Thailand serve both Veg & Non-Veg food. If you are a Vegan or strict vegetarian, then the food choices will be limited, so please be prepared for the same.
