Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing and using this website and booking a tour with Twisted Trails Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Payment methods accepted will be specified on the website.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Any extra cost that may occur during the tour because of the customer requests, or any other cause, will be paid by the customer.

 

3. Tour Participation and Safety:

  • Participants must adhere to the instructions of the tour guide.

  • For motorcycle tours, participants must possess a valid motorcycle license and appropriate riding gear.

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

  • Twisted Trails Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe.

  • Participants understand that motorcycling and car travel involves inherent risks, and accept those risks.

  • Participants must obey all local traffic laws.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellation policies will vary depending on the tour and will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated cancellation policy.

  • Twisted Trails Adventures reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical issues), in which case a full or partial refund may be offered.

5. Liability:

  • Twisted Trails Adventures shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control.

  • Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

  • Twisted Trails Adventures is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen during the tour.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Trails Adv's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the tour.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

  • Twisted Trails Adventures reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

7. Vehicle Use:

  • When the client is driving any vehicle provided by the company, the client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

  • Any traffic violations that occur when a client drives a vehicle provided by the company, are the sole responsibility of that client.

8. Governing Law:

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India or the country where the tour is conducted.

 
9. Amendments:

  • Twisted Trails Adventures reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

10. Insurance:

  • It is the clients responsibility to obtain suitable travel insurance.

​

11. Customer conduct:

  • Twisted Trails Adventures reserves the right to terminate a tour, for any client who's conduct is deemed dangerous, or disruptive.
