Sikkim Motorcycle Expedition | 10-Day Himalayan Adventure
Sikkim is not merely a destination — it is a slow revelation. Tucked in the eastern Himalayas and flanked by Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan, this tiny jewel of a state rewards those who ride its winding roads with snow-capped summits, ancient Buddhist monasteries, rhododendron forests, and some of India's most remote valleys.
This 10-day journey takes you through North, South and West Sikkim, combining high-altitude riding with quieter mountain landscapes. — from the dramatic high-altitude frontier of Tsomgo and Nathang in the east, through the wildly pristine Dzongu valley inhabited by the indigenous Lepcha community, to the alpine meadows of Yumthang and the frozen expanse of Zero Point in the north, and finally to the tranquil terraced landscapes of Ravangla, Pelling, and Aritar before returning home.
Spring in Sikkim is when the Himalayas come alive. Ride through blooming rhododendrons, deep mountain valleys and winding roads beneath snow-capped peaks. As you climb higher, winter still holds its ground—with crisp air, snow and dramatic landscapes waiting beyond every bend.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Sikkim Motorcycle Tour
1. What is the best time to join a motorcycle tour in Sikkim?
March to June is a beautiful time to explore Sikkim, with spring colours, lush valleys and spectacular views of the snow-capped Himalayas. Higher-altitude destinations such as Zero Point can still experience freezing temperatures, snow and unpredictable weather. Riders should carry warm riding layers and waterproof gear.
2. Do I need prior motorcycle riding experience for this tour?
Yes, prior motorcycle riding experience is recommended. Sikkim’s mountain roads feature sharp bends, steep climbs, changing road surfaces and occasional rough sections. Riders should be comfortable handling a motorcycle on winding mountain roads and riding for several hours a day.
