Participants have to sign the TCS declaration form as per the new Income Tax rules. 

A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is payable for each motorcycle for any minor damages during the tour. ​​​

BOOKING POLICY
Booking advance is INR 25,000 | USD 300
50% of the payment must be made at least 90 days before the tour start date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For any cancellation before 90 days, full amount will be refunded.

60-89 days, 25% will be deducted.

30-59 days, 50% will be deducted.
Less than 30 days - No refund.​​​
