Refundable Security Deposit of USD 500 for each motorcycle for any minor damages during the tour. 

5% GST and 5% TCS is extra. TCS can be claimed while filing IT Returns.

Booking Policy:
Booking advance is INR 50,000 / USD 600
50% of payment must be done 60 days before the tour start date.
The balance amount has to be paid 30 days before the tour start date.

 

Cancellation policy:
For any cancellation before 60 days, full amount will be refunded.
30-45 days, 50% will be deducted.

15-30 days, 75% will be deducted.
Less than 15 days - No refund.

  • Royal Enfield Bullet 500cc or Himalayan 411 motorcycle with unlimited mileage (For Rental bike package)

  • Overnights stay on a two/three-sharing basis in Standard Hotels or Guest Houses in Nepal & Tibet

  • Breakfast on all tour days

  • Reserve Private Vehicle for Members, Nepali support team & luggage transfers from Kathmandu to Kyriong border & return

  • Special permit & visa letters for self-drive motorbike including temporary motorbike & driving license

  • Tibet group visa fee for Nepalese support team

  • Motorcycle entry / exit formalities assistance in immigration & customs

  • Supervise & manage fee for traffic police in Tibet if any require

  • First aid medical kit, oxygen cylinders & portable bottles for emergency incase needed

  • Bike deposit Amount in Chinese Custom for bikes (paid by company - For Rental bike package)

  • Airfare & Visa

  • Flight delays or cancellations due to adverse weather condition or technical reasons

  • Lunch & dinner in whole trip throughout the tour (Approx 12-18 US$ per meal)

  • Personal gears & clothing for motorbike ride like safety helmet, gloves, glass, jackets etc

  • Extra truck & Van or Bus for support vehicles (if required)

  • Your travel insurance for health, travel and bikes

  • Nepal entry/re-entry visa fee

  • Tibet/ China visa fee (USD 160 for Indian Nationals)

  • Emergency & Evacuation costs

  • International Driving License

  • Any expense incurred due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, political reason, landslides, adverse weather condition or political upheaval etc.

  • All services not mentioned as included and all items of a personal nature such as snacks, alcohol, table drinks, laundry, tips to drivers or local guides or to any hotel staff.​​

ITINERARY - Day by day

Arrival in Kathmandu - Visa Preparation

  • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) before 8:00 AM.

  • Transfer to your hotel and submit identification for the Chinese group visa.

  • Overnight at a hotel.

  • Rain gear (Top & Bottom)
